My role is to be your knowledgeable local resource, explain the homebuying process and help you make confident choices with your own lender and support team.

What happens first?

We start with your orders, anticipated arrival, work location, budget, preferred home and lot style, school questions, and how much time you have to visit. I encourage early conversations with a qualified lender so you understand your actual financing options.

How do you compare neighborhoods remotely?

We narrow the search using real priorities, not generic 'best neighborhood' lists. I can provide detailed video walkthroughs, neighborhood context and candid observations about layout, condition and daily logistics. You decide what matters most. What about the VA loan?

I've worked extensively with VA-financed purchases. I'll coordinate the real estate side of the transaction with your lender and explain practical offer and property considerations. Only your lender and VA can determine eligibility, underwriting, fees and loan terms; rules can change.

What if the plan changes?
