About Bailey
Real Estate Was in My Family. It Wasn't in My Plan.

I'm Bailey Jordan, a Northeast Florida Realtor® and military relocation specialist. I'm also a third-generation real estate professional who never imagined I'd build my career here.
After graduating from Florida State University, I was working as an administrative assistant in a real estate office, applying to graduate schools and planning my wedding. Six months later, I decided to take a chance and get licensed. I quickly realized how much I loved learning about homes, solving problems and walking people through decisions that mattered to them.
My business grew from helping people find rentals and buy or sell homes into property management and a broader real estate practice. In 2018, the business had grown to the point that my husband left corporate America to work alongside me. It still amazes me where that first decision led.

What I believe
You should know the truth about a home's value, a neighborhood's tradeoffs or an offer's risks before you make a decision. I will have the hard conversations about pricing, preparation and timing. I will answer your questions, explain the 'why' and never pressure you to move faster than makes sense.
Why military relocation matters to me
I grew up as a military child. I know what it's like to leave one place, research another and try to make a new city feel like home. I've lived in Jacksonville since 2008, and I use that local familiarity to help relocating buyers evaluate areas based on their own priorities.
Experience

Over my career, I've sold more than $100 million in real estate. In 2023, I was honored to be named Realtor® of the Year by the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors®. Experience matters to me because it helps me give better advice, not because I want a wall of trophies.
Whether you're moving across town or across the world, my job is to make sure you understand your choices and feel confident in your next step.
